The primary goal of this workshop is for you to unblock your Woman Energy so you can experience the joy of being you, opening the door to you becoming the happiest woman you can possibly be.

For that to happen, you must fall in love with every aspect of who you are.

I first introduced the concept of Woman Energy in The Five Facets Of Feminine Grace workshop. Replacing what is blocking your energy is a lifelong process because we are all a work in progress.

In the Feminine Grace workshop, you were guided to discover your core wounding, which is generally the biggest block you will ever have to deal with. But there are many other blocks that are caused by your self-perceptions, what you believe to be true about yourself.

Most often, those self-beliefs are not true. But true or not, any belief that limits your ability to be happy, to love, and to step out and accomplish anything you want will continue to block your Woman Energy.

So in this workshop, you will be guided to discover more of the blocks that keep your Woman Energy from flowing. Then, you will be able to transform those limiting beliefs into new, empowering beliefs so you can enjoy more and more magic in your life.

This is what it means to connect to your Truth, to your Essence, to who you really are.

You are a magical being. When your Woman Energy is flowing, you become a source of love, nurturing, sensuality, and joy. That’s magic in its purest form.

Any and all limiting beliefs you have about yourself will cause your Woman Energy to be blocked, to a small or large degree, depending on the strength of negativity those beliefs hold.

In this first class, I want you to begin to connect with how your beliefs ‘feel.’ What you notice in your body. That will help you understand just how much your beliefs impact your life.

Assignment #1

Who Do You Think You Are?

The first assignment I want you to do is a Guided Meditation, or what I sometimes call Guided Visualization. If you haven’t gone through the Feminine Grace workshop classes, then let me explain why guided meditations are so useful.

When you react or respond to people or situations, it’s just that, a reaction. It happens without forethought. It comes from your subconscious mind, meaning beneath the surface of your conscious mind.

If it is ‘typical’ reaction, then that means it has become a habit. Many of your habits seem like ‘who you are.’ But that’s not true. All habits can be changed.

It’s not uncommon for a person to say, “That’s just how I am.” I used to say that about my way of being insecure. But I’m living proof that that turned out not to be true.

You can replace a habit you don’t like with one you do like, or you can alter a habit to better suit you. So let’s do a guided meditation to help you become more aware of your self-perception.

Assignment #2

In this second assignment, write all your thoughts and perceptions about what you learned about yourself when you did the above assignment. Throughout the week, pay attention to any new insights that come to you.
