In this class you’ll learn how powerful practicing gratitude can be in improving your sense of happiness. You’ll also meet your Inner Wise Woman, which is a lovely guided visualization.

I hope you’ve had a chance to do the assignments from the 1st class. If not, please go back and do the reading, and definitely do the meditation.

The meditation will give you a compass for which to stay on track toward achieving the goals you set for yourself.

Yes, more goals will   emerge as you go through this workshop, but at least you’ll know your deepest heart’s desire with which you started.

You Are Perfect

When you were born, your spirit was perfect and precious. Your light was glowing brightly. Look into the face of a baby and you will see that light.

But, as you probably know, there are things that happened to you—when you were very, very young…in elementary school…high school…or even last year—that have caused you to be the way you are today.

All those experiences have had an impact on how you react and respond to life. With each negative experience, your light dimmed a little–or a lot–depending on how damaging the experience.

But no matter what has happened, no matter how horrific, no matter how painful your life experiences have been, that perfect spirit is still within you. All you need to do is reveal it.

As you go through this workshop, each week you’ll be asked to do a variety of assignments. If you don’t do them, then you’ll get very little out of this workshop. I mean that.

Yes, I write self-help books and I believe whole-heartedly in the life transforming potential and value of what I teach. I realize that most self-help books are never read, and certainly not read cover-to-cover. And even more disheartening is that most readers will not do what those book instruct them to do.

Hundreds of thousands of my books have sold worldwide. That should be a thing to celebrate. But it breaks my heart to know that the women who purchase my books and programs have the potential to improve their lives but are unwilling to make their personal development a priority.

So you are a beautiful exception because you’ve taken it one step further. You are allowing me to not only offer helpful information, but to actually guide you through it, so you garner every bit of potential that it holds.

Thank you for trusting me. I am deeply honored and will give you all I have so you will get the greatest benefit possible from this journey we are taking together.

First Facet of Feminine Grace

Practice Gratitude

If the only prayer you said in your whole life
was, “thank you,” that would suffice.

–Meister Eckhart

There’s a reason I chose gratitude as the first facet of Feminine Grace. This workshop is about how to develop your Feminine Grace, but the reason to do so is because it will cause your capacity to be happy, to love, and  be loved, to expand. As your Feminine Grace expands, you will become more and more skilled at making magic.

The sooner you begin to feel happier, the sooner you will feel and enjoy the glow of Feminine Grace, and the stronger will be your desire to absorb and incorporate what you’re learning into how you are each and every day.

With that in mind, the quickest way I know to start being happier is to practice gratitude.

Gratitude will give you a kind heart, a sweeter spirit and make you receptive to love and beauty that is all around you. Gratitude will help you see that all of that has surrounded you, every moment of your life.

Assignment #1

If you’re willing, I’d very much like to know the following about you:

  1. What is your relationship situation?
  2. What do you most want to change within yourself?
  3. How do you want your relationship situation to change?

Assignment #2

Start a Gratitude Journal

You may already be doing this, but because I’ve learned that practicing gratitude has an immediate impact on your current state of happiness, I am asking you to either begin a gratitude journal, or expand what you’re already doing.

Here is how I recommend you begin your Gratitude Practice. Every evening before you go to bed, write in your Gratitude Journal the following:

  1. At least three things you’re grateful for about yourself.
  2. At least three things you’re grateful for about your current life situation…can be your work; relationships; health; finances, etc.
  3. At least three things about the world…can be nature; the miracle of life; spirituality, etc.

Assignment #3

Meet Your Inner Wise Woman

The goal of this meditation is for you to allow an image that represents your Higher Self, your Inner Wise Being, your Intuitive Self, to show itself. It might take a bit of time for it to appear in your mind’s eye, especially if you’re not used to doing guided visualizations, so be patient and simply allow it to show up in it’s on time.

This meditation is simply for you to get acquainted with this part of yourself, and to see what advice is there for you. In future meditations, I will ask you to call upon this image to help you discover your deeper wisdom and the hidden blocks to your happiness.

Listen to the ‘Meet Your Inner Wise Woman’ Meditation below. Follow the guided visualization, then, while you’re still in a deeply relaxed state, pick up your journal and write whatever you’ve discovered about yourself, or anything at all that you wish to write down.
