Welcome to the seventh class,

I hope you had a chance to begin working on one or two of your highest gap items. Once you get into the habit of always working toward improving some aspect of yourself, you will begin to enjoy the feeling of accomplishment, which will make you glow brighter. If you aren’t glowing, you won’t be able to make magic.

Personal growth is about growing your capacity to love and to be happy, it’s about expanding your spirit, and deepening your soul’s experience of being you…it’s about making magic everywhere you go. There is no greater way to honor the gift of who you are, than to continually work toward becoming the very best version of yourself.

So far, you’ve been focusing on the inner aspects of Body, Mind, Spirit, and Soul, as well as the Life Flow of your outer world. They’re obviously intertwined, one feeding into the other, enhancing or draining your energy, opening up or shutting down your smooth flow of Woman Energy.

Now let’s expand out and see how balanced the other parts of your life are.

Expand Your Life Flow

This week you’re going to take a look at the other facets of your life. Some will be more important to you than others. What matters is the gap. If the gap is high, that means you’re very dissatisfied, and that it matters to you.

The more it matters, and the more you are dissatisfied, the more it will detract from your energy, reducing your outer glow.

Assignment #1

How You Want To Be

In this section, look at each of the categories below and get a sense of how you feel you’re doing. What is your level of satisfaction? Are you fulfilled, frustrated, falling short, or ahead of how you’d like your life to be in each of the categories?

As you go through the list of categories, the more honest you can be, the more you will benefit from this assignment.

Because this list is different than the others, I’d like you to do some writing before you score your answers. Listen to the Relaxation Meditation, then, when you’re very calm and quiet inside, look at each category and answer the following:

  1. How do you feel about that item, really?
  2. How would you like things to change?
  3. What can you do to get more of what you want?

Once you’ve gone through each category, put your score by each item. Since you already did the Gap exercise on the previous sections, now you can score how you are doing now, how you’d like to be doing, and what is your gap number.

As on the previous sections, on a scale of 1 to 10 (1 being not at all and 10 being always or completely), how would you rate the following (use the first line to the left of each question for this part of the assignment):

Note: Write the following in your journal, with the three columns of lines.

Assignment #2

Your Plan

Select the highest gap numbers, and select the one or two that are most important to you. Then, make a written plan for how you can improve that number.

For example, if you had a high gap number in the category of friends, what do you need to do to make more time for your existing friends, or what can you do if you want to make new friends?

Assignment #3

A Visual Interpretation of Your Life Flow

If you’re inspired to do so, you can either add to your existing vision board (if you made one) or make a new one that reflects these new goals. Then put it where you’ll see it so you stay focused on your goals.

As you may already know, it’s very easy to make a goal, then forget about it. A vision board will help remind you of how you want your life to be.

We are all works in progress, so as long as you are moving forward, you are doing the things that will give you greater satisfaction. If you do nothing, you are not standing still, you are actually moving backwards because there will always be that sniggling feeling that you are not taking care of yourself. And that feeling will detract from your energy, your Life Flow, as well as your spirit and soul.
